  1. My bike is a Brentwood from Urbane Cyclist on John St. I bought it in July 2007 after my previous wonderful bike was stolen. I was devastated as a lot of you will relate to. My stolen bike was around $800 with all the goodies on it, from a shop that used to be on Carlton at Parliament - Spinning Wheels. Can't figure out how to get the image loaded. Figures. My first post and I screw it up.

  2. Patch: you'll need to upload your image to either a web host or a service like Flickr and copy the URL. Then when you post a message, you can click the "IMG" button and paste your URL or you can type it without having to click around like so:

  3. Thanks. I uploaded to Photobucket so I'm going to try again

  4. One more time ... here's a picture of my favorite ride these days: New Bike to replace stolen bike

  5. How about that! It only took about 5 tries. I finally READ instructions at Photobucket to get the code and this time instead of clicking on IMG, I just pasted it in and there it was! Thanks Uncle Gill.

  6. Nice bike! Thanks for sharing.

    Duncan's City Ride - That's my blog about cycling in the city of Toronto, natch!
  7. You're welcome. I used to ride the boy version of your bike :P

  8. I do this;

    It's a 2007 Bad Boy Ultra. Great ride, love it. I ride almost exclusively in the streets, so this hybrid-mountain-bike-with-700x25-tires works really well for me. I have two other bikes but they don't get as much ride-time.

    Bigger Version

    More detail in article.

  9. My bikes are as follows

    Scott CR1 team edition with Sram Force, FSA K-Wing bar/stem/seatpost, Mavic Carbone SLR wheels, Look ti/carbon pedals, Becker or Fizik saddle (full carbon road race bike)

    GT Series 3 (aluminum frame) with carbon Campy Chorus except shifters, Zonda wheels (training bike)

    Fuji CrossPro (aluminum frame) with Shimano Ultegra with DA rear der, FSA Gossamer cranks, Ritchey Pro seatpost/stem/bar, Mavic Cosmic Carbone SL wheels or Alexrims Ace-19 (cyclecross racing & commuter)

    Getting my Gardin turned into a single speed to use as commuter this winter..
