Ride for Heart
7am-11am
Cycle on the traffic-free Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway. 25, 50 and 75 km options. All for Heart & Stroke research.

CAN-BIKE Cycling Freedom for Women
9:30am-3:30pm
A cycling safety course for women taught by women. Addresses specific concerns, such as riding at night, riding with children and other topics of interest to women.

CAN-BIKE Adult Learn to Ride 1 (Morning)
10am-1pm
Bicycle course for first-time riders. Learn to balance, start, stop and turn.

MEC Bike Safety Checks
11am-4:30pm
Drop by and MEC cycling staff will provide a free safety check on your bike. There will be a tent set up on the west side of the store on Charlotte St.

CAN-BIKE Adult Learn to Ride 1 (Afternoon)
1:30pm-4:30pm
Bicycle course for first-time riders. Learn to balance, start, stop and turn.
