CAN-BIKE for Kids (Morning) 8:30am-12:30pm Bike safety course for kids aged 9-13. In-class and on-bike instruction teaches rules of the road, right and left turns, changing gears and identifying/avoiding potential hazards. Course runs over 3 consecutive Saturdays. |
CAN-BIKE Cycling Freedom for Women 9:30am-3:30pm A cycling safety course for women taught by women. Addresses specific concerns, such as riding at night, riding with children and other topics of interest to women. Big Wheel Bike Club 11am-3pm Big Wheel Bike Club is a downtown cycling club that meets every Saturday at 11am at the Amsterdam Brewery. The club is free to join, Just show up on any Saturday with valid government issued identification. Members must be 19 years or older. Weekly Speakers: Top brand reps, Stretch workshops, Broil King BBQ workshops, Nutritionists etc... Complimentary apres ride sampling and Broil king BBQ on Saturday's 1-3pm |

DIY Bike Beautification 2pm-4:30pm Join Toronto Cyclists Union Executive Director Yvonne Bambrick for a DIY bike beautification, arts & crafts session. BYO inspiration & supplies: stickers, flowers, fun fur... anything goes! Zip-ties and tools will be supplied. |
