From the Star:

A 37-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital in critical condition this afternoon after his bike hit a large delivery van on Queen St. W.

The bike and van were heading eastbound on Queen St. near Niagara St., around 1:30 p.m., Toronto police traffic services Staff Sgt. Andy Norrie said. The van appears to have been turning when the accident happened but it's not yet clear who was at fault, Norrie said.

"The cyclist has received substantial injuries," Norrie said, and was taken to hospital.

If you have information about this accident, contact the Police at: (416) 808-1900.
