Toronto stop of Bicycle Film Fest is the Canadian Premiere of Mountain Biking Documentary "Klunkerz"
The new film, KLUNKERZ, will have it's Canadian Premiere in Toronto with The Bicycle Film Festival on Sat. August 25th at 3:00pm at The Royal (608 College Street West)KLUNKERZ is the history of the modern mountain bike focusing on the years 1968-1983 in the San Francisco Bay Area. It's the DogTown and Z-Boys of mountain biking.
The film has been playing at many major U.S. festivals including Mill Valley, X-Dance, Durango, Santa Barbara, Newport Beach, Big Bear, Mount Shasta, and more. KLUNKERZ has been nominated for many awards including Best Documentary and Emerging Filmmaker awards at the X-Dance Action Sports Awards in Sundance, UT. The film won Best Documentary at the Durango, CO film festival.
