After just over 2 months, the MyBikelane Toronto site broke through the 100 violations milestone on the weekend with this post.
Toronto's section of the site has quickly jumped into the #2 position, after only New York, where the site originated last September.
I'm not sure if this is because of the dedication of the Toronto cyclists taking photos (great job, by the way!), or if it's due to Toronto drivers illegally parking in bikelanes more often than in other cities.
Whatever it is, it's good to see a good interactive site like MyBikelane being used by Toronto cyclists... there's already 2 vehicles that have been caught parking illegally twice: A Canada Post truck and a CanPar Delivery Truck.

I actually thought it was a bit surprising that it took as long as 2 months to get 100 postings considering how many cars and delivery vans I swerve around daily on my way to U of T campus. A couple of days ago, between errands, I rode up and down the College bike lane (between Manning and Bay) until 5pm. I got 60 photos with the license plates clear enough to read. They're now up on mybikelane.com and we're already at 166 postings!
