We're heading into winter, with Daylight Savings time ending early this morning. Time to separate the fair-weather pedallers from the hardcore winter riders. :)

I think we're moving beyond the idea of winter riding being the domain of the hardcore. Does anyone know how much riding goes down in the winter?
I had a winter-isn't-what-it-used-to-be moment last year after the Kensington Festival of Light on the darkest day of the year. Going out for a drink on College Street afterward, all the post and rings had at least one bike locked to them.
Good point, G. There's more riders with milder winters. :)
